Very nice work everyone. Was good to see progression. Anyone sick of trash yet?

I have some research to do on Marrowgars aggro / tauntability. Seemed like I was getting the aggro back pretty well even though it said he was immune. Even when I died I ran over to kount/tony and started my normal rotation and got aggro back.

Was nice to be in there and see a boss go down on the first night. I think this is what should happen all the time. No more spending a month stuck on one boss unless its the Lich King.

Biggest problems with Marrowgar I believe were:

1. We need to find the right balance of being spread out. We were getting to spread out and it was causing us to lose a ton of dps time because we have to run across the room to get some ranged or healer out of a spike.

2. Our raid composition was way off. I know we don't always have a choice depending on who shows, but not having a balanced raid is going to cause some problems possibly even as soon as Lady Deathwhisper. Because you need a good number of ranged on the boss while most the melee as well as a few ranged take out the adds.

3. Standing behind or near the damn tanks. I will never understand how grown adults cannot follow through with simple directions time and time again. lol. You know what I'm saying, at least Radius and Beran do.

Those were the biggest things that need to be fixed I thought. The flame moves very slow and its not hard at all to just move out of the way of it or not stand in it. And then OT's simply need to stand next too a symbol and stack on it, thats it.

I think as wow gets back to real raiding as it seems ICC will be, things need to get tightened up in our raids. NO MORE waiting 10 mins between pulls. If a majority of people can make it back to the boss within the 1 min it takes to fly back and zone in. Then there is no god damn reason that every pull there is a few stragglers taking their sweet time and wasting the raids time.
It should take no more then 30 secs to buff the raid. Then everyone should be ready, Ready Check and your back to your pull in under 5 mins. This is all very modestly demanding. Don't ever join a true raiding guild if these simpl things cannot be followed through.
Personally I am just tired of waiting around and wasting my time. I would rather be learning the strategy on bosses and progressing through the instance instead of waiting on the same damn people over and over again.

Zav, I think it may be proper moment to post the steps in "Rel's Raiding Ritual".

1. Log in an hour early (7:45pm) if necessary to make sure you have all foods, flasks and reagents ready. This is the time to read the strat and start discussing it in Gchat. Take the time to go repair, do whatever it is you need to do to get yourself ready. Do a gear check, make sure you're completely gemmed and enchanted as well. This is also a good time to read your strats! Don't rely on everyone else to do you reading for you! Know your job! After strats you might have enough time to go through atlas loot for some inspiration. Find the pieces to put on your wish list and remind yourself of what rewards await you for being prepared. BTW, if I'm short on fish feasts, I get in by 6:30pm to do all of my fishing done and prepare the feasts.

2. After your reagents, flasks and repairs are finished, make up your mind what it is you want to RL eat or drink during the raid. Go to the kitchen and get yourself squared away to avoid unnecessary AFK's. Pop your bag of popcorn, open your bottle of wine, put yourself a little cooler next to your desk with your Belgian beer in it. Just have it at arms reach so we don't have to pull over and wait for 20 minutes while you putz around in your kitchen! For heavens sake, eat dinner BEFORE the raid! Your mind works better when you've got fuel in your body.

3. At 8:40, it's time to pee before we leave. That's right, go to the bathroom and take care of your business so you don't have to go AFK during the raid. Going AFK screws everyone up and makes things agonizingly longer than it needs to be. Consider the 24 people around you when you all of a sudden need to go AFK, would you appreciate it if someone kept you waiting? Pee before you leave. Raiding is like a long car trip, please go before we go so we don't have to pull over and make the trip longer than it needs to be.

4. At 8:45, you should be sitting down and prepared to accept your invite. When you get into the raid, ascertain the raids first destination and GET THERE! Fly, port, do what it is you need to do to get to the summoning stone with all due haste. The faster we get there, the faster we can start killing.

Everyone needs to chip in by being prepared. That means in RL too. So for heavens sake, get yourself organized, pee before you leave and LET'S RAID!
